Program Overview

TC Employees are eligible to participate in upcoming hybrid and on-demand courses, as part of the organization’s continuing education initiative.

In addition, we have designed a referral program whereby TC Employees can refer a friend (or many friends!) to participate in an upcoming course, and in exchange receive a gift card. Details are below.

How to Refer a Friend

If you are interested in referring someone, you can send them to our Application Page and have them choose “I have a promo code” and list your name in the “how did you hear about Academy” field.

Once that person successfully enrolls in a hybrid or on-demand course, you will receive a $100 gift card for your referral. Our spring referral program will end April 1, 2023. There are no limits to the referrals you can send up until the deadline.

How to Attend a Course

If you are interested in attending an upcoming hybrid or on-demand course, please head over to our TC Team Application page and fill out the form. We will review applications several weeks before each semester begins. Once approval is received from your manager you will be enrolled. Note, your spot is not guaranteed until you receive a notice from the Academy team that you are enrolled in a course. We will do our best to accept as many TC Team members as we can each semester, based on the spots available and manager approvals.
